Denise
Thank you for everything you have done for me and our family. Your actions mean more than we can say. Your guidance, direction and of course encouragement with our adverse situations. You reassured me on what to do to help him with his 504 to help accommodate him to succeed when he had a 504 that clearly was not being followed. You gave us positive and resourceful information. We would of not gotten thru all of this without your guidance

I am and will be forever grateful for the support that Destiny provided. I went back and forth on obtaining an advocate but was unsure. I had no experience with IEPs (my son's first one) and was beyond nervous. Destiny thoroughly went through my son's IEP, explained things to me, then gave me her suggestions. She was patient and answered all my questions. Her calm and self assured demeanor gave me the confidence to be able to advocate for my son. She holds a wealth of knowledge and I highly recommend her.

After reaching a point of despair and frustration, a colleague of mine referred me to Destiny Huff. Allow me to tell you that this life altering introduction has been the best thing that ever happened to my daughter and I. I had been spinning wheels in an attempt to advocate for my daughter. Between being dismissed, red tape and sheer confusion on the school’s behalf, my daughter was falling farther and farther behind. Mrs. Huff is not only knowledgeable in the proper advocacy of students who need additional support to succeed, but she is also pointed and effective in the communication and documentation one needs to ensure that the rights of one’s child is met. While we made huge strides in the prior school year, I will never move forward without Mrs. Huff by my side. You have been a true asset for me and my family and we are forever grateful for your guidance.
Georgia Family
As a parent navigating public school and the IEP process for the first time, I felt completely overwhelmed. I reached out to Destiny for guidance and support, unsure of what steps to take. As a neurodiversity-affirming family, it was incredibly important to us to find an advocate who truly understands and respects our goals for supporting our child. We are so grateful for Destiny’s invaluable advocacy. The beginning of the school year was challenging, but she has been instrumental in making sure our child receives the appropriate special education services to succeed. Now, as we wrap up our first year, we are deeply thankful for her support and we’ll continue to recommend her services to other parents who need a strong, compassionate advocate by their side.
